I have been trying to use this damn card online and in person. Unfortunately, this has been such a horrible experience with this card. I just tried to do a purchase with more than enough on my card, DECLINED! I called customer service and got some crap about them resetting my card. I am going to the bank and draw all my damn funds off this card. THEY ARE THE WORST PREPAID CARD SERVICES, EVER! 1 star is too high. User's recommendation: WISELY IS HORRIBLE!
