Broken Headphones

Purchased 2 pair of Bluedio T5 wireless noise cancelling headphones one pair from Walmart one from Amazon one pair the left ear died the second pair won't connect to phone anymore stopped charging and the blue light stays on been trying to contact Bluedio for help but no luck had both pair of headphones for less than two months
