Bluedio bluetooth victory problem with the left earphone

hi i have got a pair of Bluedio victory headphones that will only work properly with the cable plugged into the left hand earphone, and if you plug the cable into the right earphone will only work on that earphone also will only work on the right earphone on Bluetooth any idea how to sort it please or is it a common fault cheers Bernard .
