I paid for premium but it will not let me sign in.

I paid for the premium service and was charged to my credit card, but it will not let me sign in. Don't join, you can't even speak to a live person to correct their mistakes. I've been on the phone for 45 minutes and unable to reach anyone that knows what to do or where to refer me to. It's amazing to me how poor their website is that you can't even click on "Contact Us" to get assistance.......I went online, signed up for Premium, they charged my credit card but it will not allow me to sign in. What is a consumer supposed to do when you can't even get support? User's recommendation: Don't join, you can't even speak to a live person to correct their mistakes.
