Items Sent Standard Delivery I paid for next day. CS doesn’t understand and can’t fix it

CS is staffed by a bunch of idiots! 5 calls. Hung up on three times left on "death hold" twice. Petco's own shipping/tracking shows that they've sent my order by standard delivery. I paid for expedited shipping. They can't seem to understand this. They insist that it's been sent expedited because I paid for it. They can't/won't make this right. Now they're telling me the items ship from a 3rd party vendor...doesn't say that on the website. According to their website expedited shipping is still available. Why can't they just apologize and ship the items again using the correct shipping at no charge?? User's recommendation: Stay away from Petco.
