My dream garage has been a nightmare, it started with a 3 month delay after having the pad custom poured for this blueprint. Then the structure was missing parts, and then the finished structure had roof leaks that ccp refused to fix. The automatic door remote controls went out and they no longer stock them so I had to get a mobile locksmith to come out and program new universal remotes for me. I finally had to repair the roof myself after having thousands of dollars worth of tools ruined by water damage from said roof leaks. The construction crew spoke not one word of English and were not licensed nor insured nor citizens of the United States. The customer service is nonexistent and warranty is a pipe dream. Avoid this worthless company at all cost. User's recommendation: Buy any other building, never deal with Carolina carports.
