Been trying to find an arch fit shoe in wide width and perfectly in blue. I tried using the filters to find the shoes but without luck. So I called customer service to see if they could help me locate what I was looking for, figuring they had different access to information, particularly to look at all styles at one time with proper size and width. I was told to use the website and filters to locate. Then I asked when they might be getting a specific model in and was told to use website again. ocall User's recommendation: Be disappointed in customer service.
