Hello I financed a vehicle from you all back in 2016, I was a first time buyer in desperate need of a car. I got a 2004 Ford Taurus with the warranty paying $500/month for an old car that wasnt worth $12,000 just for it to break 4 months after having it and calling cnac frustrated because Im paying for a car I couldnt even use and calling the mechanics that they had onsite never answered the phone regardless of what time I called. Just to find out that I wasnt the only person that had happened to. Id love an agreeable solution to this issue. Thank you User's recommendation: Don’t shop here.
