Poor Customer Service and Plan Changes

I have 11 cameras and they have made the camera plans rediculous. The 11th camera costs more than my 10 cameras per month combined. There is no place that explains any thing, no notices and foreign customer service who dont understand and a very poor service request question answer Update system. It stinks! Its now 2.99 extra per Camera to be notified of people/packages/cars or animals for smart notifications that were once included. I want an all inclusive affordable plan for 11 cameras!!!!!! I want User's recommendation: Good cameras but don’t count on support or a cheap recording plan.
