On 3rd day of installationI my wife called to see why there was no response to smoke alarm going off. Customer service response was "We knew that was a false alarm". How did they know it was a false alarm unless they were violating my privacy act watching my home. I called back to customer service that same day to report a malfunction on the alarm panel and could not get a response from customer service after numerous attempts being on hold for 13-25min on each call. This went on for the next 4-5days. after I decided not to make payments for service I wasn't receiving, I started receiving statements that I owed them but when I tried to reach them, (866-703-****), again no response.I feel I don't owe them a dime and I should get my deposit back. User's recommendation: this company is a rip-off.
