Unnecessary alerts

First, there are no customer service people. Second, there are too many alerts, but you can pay more to stop them? Open the app.alertclose the app alertclear alerts get more alerts. This is something they could do, and their answer is gouge customers with a service that for $$$ will miraculously control false alerts. If 2 people us the app, you get alerts when the other person uses the app, and vice versa. Could be a good system but not one Ill be upgrading with Arlo products. U My User's recommendation: Not recommended for future customers.
