I have an issue with arlo 3 cameras not recording properly. Problem been escalated to level 3 for 3 months but not resolving the issue. They sent out a new base station but it does not resolve my issue. Constant reply they are working on it. Actual wording on arlo base box states Connect a usb flash drive AND ACCESS YOUR VIDEO CLIPS ANYTIME. False info advertising they want you do purchase there plan at 10 am onth
