I purchase three wearefstvl tickets from StubHub for £425 but unfortunately I did not receive them or a confirmation email, this has been nothing but stressful as Im worrying if I am going to lose my money. I have tried to call them numerous times on numerous days but they do not answer the UK phone line and the other phone lines do not connect. I have also sent emails to them but have not received any response. I would not recommend this company, the customer service is absolutely shocking if they actually have one, Im very disappointed.
