Truly bad customer care

My Chatr network has been out since early this morning. I cant call or get online. I went over to the mall earlier in the day and, I sent an email to them. I have called and been put on hold for 2 hours... and still nothing. They dont answer the call. Been doing this all day. Finally, I go to the storefront and I am informed that its been down for a few hours and will be up and running shortly. All lies. Theres been no service for the entire day! He gave me the number to call Customer Service. I let him know, that I had used that number all day, without getting through and let him know that I had sent emails and no response. He just shrugged his shoulders and said, that hes waiting too. This is unacceptable and causes great hardship.
