China Telecom is the worst ISP since Virgin arrived on the scene in England. I have lived in many places and most of the time the internet services range from average to good. However, China Telecom are like most of the websites you're trying to obtain are unreachable both in connection and service. It's your laptop, ah! You need to upgrade. All complete *** i don't even bother to call them now. They like their service is bloody awful it's by far the worst of all the countries i've ever stayed in. They don't throttle connections they completely strangle them. So there you have it.. fraud or theft take your pick.... oh sorry you can't!
