After hours of personal attempts following directions, links and apps given, I could not download McAfee to my IPad. The purchase was confirmed. Payment was confirmed but an account number was not given at that point. Several more hours in chat with six different people, three in the Philippines and three in India and download to the IPad succeed. I log off and attempt to log on to test the program and the same error messages pop up and I am again told my subscription has expired and I am offered options to buy a McAfee subscription. I cancelled the subscription. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY MCAFEE!
