I purchased a puppy from Stacy who prior to her 1 year birthday was diagnosed with congenital patellar luxation. She never provided the paperwork on the site and dam as requested. After contacting her about this issue she insisted I caused the problem, contacted my vet and harassed them for information, belittled me and accused me of lying about the situation despite having thorough documentation and surgery to correct it. She threatened restraining order and blocked all communication and refused to comply with health guarantee. Upon investigating her I have been in contact with numerous other customers who have experienced other issues. I subsequently found out my dogs sire was potentially known to have other congenital health issues and Stacy had written promised not to use him as stud again. Her breeding and ethical practices are disturbing and unhealthy. I am out thousands of dollars in vet bills for my dog. Her demeaning behavior was inexcusable and actually frightening. User's recommendation: Do NOT purchase from Stacy Rustman and Royal Oak Cavalier’s and King Charles.
