Track reference number

Hello Good day! I have a problem with my seller and I think I was scammed. Can you help me to track using the reference number? I paid using Dragonpay on LBC yesterday (April 11,2021) at 3pm with the amount of 6,590 pesos. heres the reference number. GLD83HJ8. I have other receipt on LBC. Please let me know if you can do something about that. thank you so much.
