Harrassment of uncollectable bill

I bought a bed from sleep number and after 2 days told them to come pick it up as the bed was sagging in the center. (They have a "100 night gaurantee.") They wouldnt pick it up until after the billing cycle started and vive was informed of this. I closed my account, they reopened it fraudulantly without my permission and are continually trying to collect on a bed that was returned already. Most days they are calling 4 or 5 times a day. Ive worked in a debt collection agency before and know what they practice is highly illegal. User's recommendation: Dont buy products on credit linked to this scheme.
