Disrespectful General manager Kenny booth

On Saturday, November 10, 2018 at approximately 1230pm, my wife and I came to Herb Gordon Nissan located at 3131 Automobile Blvd, Silver Spring, MD to Inquiry about a vehicle to purchase. Prior to our arrival, my wife call the dealership and spoke with sales person Harvey regarding 2015 infinity q70l with 57,00 going for 27.378. At the this, The customer service lady called for Sale representative Harvey to come to the front to met us. Mr. Harvey met us and which time he showed the vehicle that we were thinking about purchasing. Once we got to the vehicle, The inside of the vehicle it was very dirty. There were clothes ( shirt, tie, socks and a purse) on the floor and a food bag in the backseat. Mr. Harvey apologize for the vehicle not being clean and he stated he didn’t had enough time to get the vehicle cleaned before we came. We told him it was fine, once by wife came back from test driving the vehicle she notices the vehicle had additional 10,000 miles on the vehicle. Sale representative Mr. Harvey stated that general manager KENNY BOOTH drive this vehicle and he lives somewhere in Frederick where he live and that’s why the vehicle have the additional miles. 60k We ask him if he can ask General manager of Kenny Booth Since the vehicle have additional miles how much will you sell the car. ( that when things get shaking ) General manager KENNY BOOTH stated “you people always want to discount and it’s my vehicles I could do what I want with them”. Yes I when off after that... what do you mean by “you people” ?? Mr. Harvey apologize for KENNY BOOTH behavior I told him he did not need to apologize because that’s not his position. YES Harvey heard everything. I told the general manager some words (yes I did) and told him he was very disrespectful and I was make complaint. At which time he stated go ahead nothing going to happen. I definitely do not recommend this dealership to know nobody at all very disrespect except the sale representative Mr. Harvey. Mr. Harvey told me to leave it wasn’t worth getting in trouble just make file a complaint. I have bought vehicle from many dealership and I have never experience this type of behavior from any of them specially from Manager.
