Original review updated by user May 27, 2021 I found Red Pocket online and their prices looked very competitive. 4 lines with 10 GB of high speed data for $90 a month. Long story short, transferring my service from Pure Talk to Red Pocket was a complete hassle. It took hours on the phone, and a dozen customer service chats in order to complete the transaction. Add to the fact that I was without a phone for over 24 hours. Once the transfer mess was finally complete, we now have 2nd rate service. I have tested the network data speed and I am only getting 6 mb/s down. I was getting over 20 mb/s down with Pure Talk. Moral to this story, if you are OK with inferior data speed and horrible customer service, then check out Red Pocket. User's recommendation: You get what you pay for, it might be an OK option for some people.
