My ring has been sitting at your store since 7/21/21. When I call to ask why it's taking so long I was told by a very California rude woman. She told me on the phone yesterday she would get to it when she gets to it!!! This is not acceptable for anyone! I am ready to cancel everything and buy it somewhere else.
