This Club is a sham and a ripoff. I have been a member for 4 years now. On my last trip I had a meeting and was harassed to up grade. I was not interested in the benefits of the upgrade. Ivan Tirado, the person we met with, then showed me rates I would receive for the same week at the same resort next year. I was okay, this works. I get my upgraded membership, go to get the rates and they are nowhere to be found. I call customer service, nope, these rates are not possible. I email Ivan and a Sandy Avila Snachez returns my email saying to wait for Quality Assurance to call me. I tell Sandy I wan to speak with Ivan, since he is the one who showed me the rate, but of course Ivan is on vacation. If these people come near you, RUN!!! The trinkets they offer are not worth you time or the harassment they put you through.n!!!!RRu User's recommendation: Run!!!!!
