I recently am in the process of getting hired for a job which requires a background check which I completed. It said it was having issues confirming my SSN so I rentered it, just for it to give me an error, needing to contact the company, even though I quadruple checked that my SSN and information was correct. The customer service is always busy, it is impossible to meet with an actual human instead of a machine. I am scared of losing my job offer over this company that is horrible in customer service.
