I purchased an item on 11/22/20 for a Christmas present and by January 1st, 2021 I still hadn't received it. I told them I wanted to cancel the order and be refunded and they claimed the item had already shipped. The item finally arrived February 5th broken and emitting a horrible chemical smell that made my eyes burn. There was no protective packaging. The item was shipped loose in a box. When I sent pictures and asked to be refunded, they claimed they could not since it had been more than 30 days from date of purchase. I sent back a scathing email and was then told I could send the item back at my expense but they could not guarantee they would received the item and be able to refund my money. User's recommendation: Do NOT waste your money on ChoiceWars or any of there affiliates, including a company called Ultra Envy.
