Placed an online order to be delivered to my local store. I received an email with a confirmation number. The email stated if you will receive another email when your order is ready. If you have not received an email within 24 hours, DonDont contact the store directly. When I contacted the store only the store manager could help me and when I eventually spoke to the manager he was clueless as to what to do. No call back from store. User's recommendation: Don't expect Atwoods to follow up and keep you updated.
