Ordered a Mother of the Bride Gown. Took 13 weeks to get it. It said plainly on the website returns were welcome. It didn't fit and I wanted to return. Turns out this company is based in China. They gave no return label or info in package of how to return. Started communication with company by email (only option) They took 4 days to reply, every time asking to make another instead of just returning. Turns out there return window is 15 days. They kept me emailing 4 more times over the next 15 days only continuing to ask if they could make another. After I demanded to get my money back and pay for shipping they stopped communication. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! FRAUD! User's recommendation: Find a reputable company!
