Update by user May 28, 2018 Finally the account says cancelled. I still had lots of frustration with having to refuse to accept the package through USPS. I don’t think anyone should use lootcrate. The whole automatic shipping of boxes is like a con artist trying to trick you into giving your money away. I still don’t like it. Original review posted by user Apr 28, 2018 I canceled my subscription six months ago and they still haven’t finished processing it. My account still says pending cancellation. They are still sending crates. And I waste an entire day going to the post office to return it to sender. They don’t answer the one phone number listed for them, they don’t reply to emails and they don’t answer posts about this. They just want to steal your money and give you a hard time. Never use them!!!
