In 2017, had talked with the bank about an equipment loan. The loan never happened, yet they put a UCC filing against my company. Now it's 2021, and they still have a filing on me. Even after calling and sending emails, no one will address this issue. They kick the can down the road by giving me a dead end email address and no one will speak in person on the matter. User's recommendation: Make sure you tell them to not file a UCC-1 claim against you or your business without your expressed written consent. It will follow you around and will affect your avbility to do financial moves in the future.
