I waited several hours for TourRadar Toronto to answer the phone. When someone decides to travel they are thinking airlines, tours and accommodations and they are anxious TO DEAL WITH THESE MATTER PROMPTLY. You seem to have lost the plot I spent a week in contact with your Toronto office trying to make a booking. I eventually made the booking through the Croisi New York office including securing a single supplement which TourRadar had been unable to do. Your staff are excellent and grossly overworked To be effective in business you need to answer the phone promptly. requiring a client to communication through an impersonal website is not satisfaction I made my airline reservations through a small travel agency on Dundas St W. They answered the phone promptly I booked a Croisi Tour with TourRadar last year and I was satisfied with the service Clive Davies User's recommendation: Deal with Croisi Tours, New York directly and pay in US dollars.
