Last year my home was valued at 425k in March of 2020. I. May a home across the street of the same size beds, baths, and garages was sold for 455k(and appraised at sale for 455k) values have only gone up and the house on the back side of mine with one less bed and bath an 300 square feet less sold for 430k. My Zestimate is 471k as of March of 2021. With all that said my home was valued at 425k. The appraisal business is crooked but Value net is leading the way as the #1 crook in the business be sure your mortgage company is not issuing them before you lose time and money. User's recommendation: Use anyone else.
