Ordered a Varta watch battery on 5/3/21 that was shipped the next day and arrived via USPS on 5/7/21. The battery is currently installed in my Seiko and working fine. I had no reason to contact them after the initial order conformation or shipment, so I cannot give a bad review other than the shipment confirmation email was a little confusing showing a "tracking number" that was not mine. The tracking number given showed a "completed" delivery to another address in another state on the SAME day I actually placed the order, which made no sense. The exact battery as ordered was received in a small unmarked zip lock bag which is how I assume they can keep prices reasonable and shipping free. The battery in the zip lock bag was placed inside a folded receipt in a standard letter size envelope. other User's recommendation: I will order another hard to find size in the future from them.
