On June 30 we booked a hotel Invermere BC. When we got there in the evening and the hotel could not find the reservation in the system. I had to be on the phone for 50 min to reach the air miles rep, but was unsuccessful. We had to book another room. Next morning being on the phone for 40 min I was able to speak to the rep who likely fixed the issue for us. Was very disappointed. Hopefully this will never happens again. Thanks.
