Customer service was only an automatic message and I never could speak to a real person My question was not run of the mill and this left me frustrated and pissed off. I finally decided to go to Westinghouse Road location where they cheerfully took care of problem. I am 76 years old and had a 30+ mile trip one way. What kind of customer service is this? User's recommendation: Have a real person available on phone line.
