I am having sever issues with Suzi at the Columbia Tower site in Seattle, Washignton. Our tgelephone is not being answered by a live person during business hours. She is not forwarding our mail even though we are being charged each month. This behavior has been occurring for months if not over a year. I have made numerous request to speak with her manager and she had refused to provide any contact information. I need to speak with someone asap
