I called on July 3rd with regard to a Goldwing that had been advertised on Cycle Trader. After going over some details with the sales person, Breanna, and going over my trade with the sales manager, a deal was struck. I filled out a credit application for the difference of a few thousand dollars. This was in the morning. I called a few hours later, and Breanna said they were swamped. I called several times throughout the day and had to leave voice messages. At the end of the day, I called again for status on the loan application. I was told that it would be processed in the morning. I called several times the following morning-no answer. Finally, I texted Breanna for an answer. Her response: Oh, were you interested in the Blue one? Thats been sold. So, not only did they sell the bike out from under me, they processed my loan application which counts as a hard pull on my credit. That hard pull will adversely affect my credit when I go to the next dealer. Do not trust these people. I was screwed. User's recommendation: Stay away.
