Refuse to transfer you to representative

I have been waiting for my case for well over a year, I don't know why uscis changed their system but it sucks. It will not transfer you to a representative and tells me things I am already well informed about. They need to go back to their old system because this new one is garbage and honestly makes you more mad than just waiting for someone to pick up.
