I bought a UGG waterproof boots, was happy cause it was a little cheaper but when I received the shoes it has scratches on them as you see on the pictures I posted. Of course, Im not happy with it! The worst part is that you will have to pay for the return shipping label. Doesnt care about customer for sure! User's recommendation: Do NOT buy at mycozyboots.com.
