Very Poor Customer Service!!
2 separate accounts. I have a personal account, I'm also a personal representative for an estate account. My personal account has been over drown due to loss of employment after 17 yrs of employment, once I do get another job or some income I planned on paying the over drawn personal account . The estate account has been locked due to my personal account being over drawn. What has me very upset is that these two accounts have nothing to do with the other and have never been a joined account. Why is the estate account now frozen due to the personal account being over drawn? Business for the estate still has to be taken care of, why can I not conduct business on the estate account for estate matters only??? This is very poor business!!!
