Blocked profile/poor customer service
Bumble took my money, blocked my profile a day later claiming there was something wrong with it and they cant tell me because it would endanger the people that reviewed my profile? Not to mention there is no opportunity for me to trouble shoot the problem as its blocked, but of course they will take my money. And they are set to take it next July 7 too, funny how they will block my profile but they wont stop that money from coming in, and of course thats up to me to stop. User's recommendation: Don’t use bumble.
