I called 866-606-**** for assistance with setting up my system. The guy spoke to requested that I visit www.fastsupport.com to remote into my computer. After I noticed the guy was looking into my personal space stating my ISP is linked to outsiders that can contain my banking information, password, etc. I then disconnected the remote access. I called the number back and spoke to a guy claiming his name is to be ask why was the guy remote into my computer. He claimed it was normal procedures, which I totally disagree. While speaking to the guy (Jack), I was automatically logged out of my Arlo account. I am totally creeped out with this guys logging into my computer that I used for both personal and work.
