Terrible service.

I've purchased 3 pairs of shoes for my wife and she loves them. However, I ordered a pair on 07/19/2021 and attempted to use Quad Pay. It didn't go to the Quad Pay web site so I attempted to contact them at customer service (as their website states). The recording tells the caller they can do a return call at a later time without losing their spot in line. However, I work nights and sleep the during the day. I waited on the line but after 15 min. they hung up.. I sent them an email stating I want the order cancelled. Instead they processed the order. This a.m. I called right at 0730 Pacific time and it was 15 minutes before the call was answered. The rep told me that it's automatic that the call will drop at the 15 minute mark. ON ME. User's recommendation: Don't use their customer service department. Not what they promised.
