If I the new Powepack I just brought in March 2020

Replacement is needed I brought a new Powepack the begging of March kept it covered and tried to get power to I gage with the water nothing is happening. All connections are up to date but powerpack is not operating. I have to the end of March to send it back for repairs. I have been calling continually everyday to solve this issue.
