Didn’t get what I ordered

I ordered a PC on their website and what I got was a cheaper, less value PC they want me to pay for what I ordered and didn't get. I have called and got hung up on various dept from marketing, sales, technical and financial support, all of which are now being handled out of India. They don't let you speak to an American representative and won't transfer you to one. In fact, Dell Corp discourages this. them. transfereing returningg calls User's recommendation: Don't buy a Dell, Buyer beware.
