They made me fly to my home where the appraisal had to be done. I had a lot of travel expenses and after they showing up at my home to get the appraisal done. They called 2 days later saying that they canceled the appraisal. But the person assigned to do the appraisal came already to my home and was working on my appraisal. I called Xome to get a copy of the appraisal or let me contact the person that came to my house to do the appraisal to get more info, and they won't let me. This is awful. They made waste a lot of time and money on travel expenses. I am just asking to get the appraisal or get in touch with the person assigned to do the appraisal. NO ONE IS PAYING ME FOR MY WASTED TIME OR TRAVEL EXPENSES. AND I AM NOT ASKING FOR MUCH I JUST WANT MY APPRAISAL User's recommendation: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL.
