Recently had a Fireplace Xtrodinair DVL34 installed. The unit is expensive. The service from the authorized retailer was terrible. There is no support from the Travis Industries . The blower on the unit is defective and getting it replaced under warranty is way too difficult for a product that costs over $4,000. I would avoid purchasing a Travis product. Service is so terrible, I recommend just purchasing a cheap Chinese version- it will last longerkSkip travisSS. User's recommendation: Skip travis. Service at retailers is abysmal.
