Horrible place to live, considering it might look different at first sight. Move here in April 2010, the next month I had neighbors moving next to my apt. playing loud music way pass 10pm all the way to sometimes 2am, I've complained about it for about three times nothing was done, call the cops, nothing changed, it's still the same up to the date. On one Occasion my neighbor in the apt. On top of mine left the water on the tub running for what I'm guessing 4 hours I was at work came back for lunch to find my place inundated in water (kitchen, bathroom area) trying for maintenance to get this fixed after they stop the leak was a nightmare part of the ceiling came off, the place was very humid for about a month, they finally came took some of the wet padding underneath the carpet and never returned until I ask about it 3 weeks later, a guy came afterwards to fix the ceiling and never return to paint it. And lately about a week ago my car was Stolen. Never found, went to the office and told them about it and suggested to have security in the premises and this lady responded with a bad attitude that they weren't required to have security in the apts. So can wait to move out of here 1 more month to go. You have been warned, There is a lot of drug dealing in here too, creating more tension in the area, a lot of people has moved out of here since July, in my building 4 apts got moved out this month leaving just 6 apts occupied in the building out of 16 just in my building. I can stress this enough You've been warned. DO NOT MOVE HERE, BAD MOVE. BAD AREA, MANAGEMENT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU. THIS PLACE IS WAAAAAAY BELOW POOR RATE.
