White Mountain Bread isdone by incompetent bakers

In your store in La Grange Georgia you sell this wonderful tasting bread White Mountain Bread. However almost every loaf has *** about 3/4 of the way through the loaf. The hole ranges from 1 inch in diameter to 4 inches sometimes more.It is because they are to lazy to cut the cross in the top of the loaf before baking. This was explained by a young baker who only worked there a short while. We have complained to the manager but he just doesn't care.The best thing about that store are the baggers and register ladies.
