Membership Universe called my 83 year old mother who has dementia and signed her up for everything they had but she had no idea that is what they were doing. She doesn't use a computer or cell phone, no does she travel or shop online or by phone so these services are of no use to her. I has good service from both Shoppers Advantage and Great Fun in cancelling and getting the charges reversed. In trying to reach Membership Universe they state their hours but then send you to a voice mailbox that is full. Their number by the way is: 727-289-4960
