Eddie from parts called me on Oct 21. and told me the key was in and we made an appointment for Oct 31. I told him I have other issues I would like to have looked at while I was there and he said no problem. I show up today, Oct. 31 for my appointment and was told by service that I did not have an appointment. I showed the woman the confirmation e-mail for the service appointment and she said "that's just a reminder". I told her my story and she said go see Eddie in parts. She also said there would be no time to look at my truck and parts has a guy to program the key. I go over to parts, ask for Eddie, but Eddie was too busy to deal with my problem. I tried to explain to guy helping me that Eddie ordered me a key and it has to be programmed. He said go to service because they don't have a guy who programs keys. Long story short, I am more than frustrated and pissed off. After I showed Eddie how pissed off I was they got the key and programed it after 1.5 hours. I was also asked my someone in service if I would like to leave the truck there until about 12 pm so they can look at my other issues, by the way which is my front axle banging around and making all types of noise. My mystery appointment was for 9am. If you are reading this please don't do business with anyone named EDDY or EDDIE from sales or parts, because they both don't care about customer service. This is the service you get when you lease $55,000 truck ?
